The Mortgage Overpayments calculator provides a guide as to how both time and interest could be saved by making additional repayments. The extra repayments are made after the establishment of the loan, are in addition to continuing the regular repayments and are constant throughout the life of the loan.

Interest Rates - The calculator assumes that interest rates will not vary during the term.

Overpayments - The calculator assumes that the overpayments illustrated remains constant throughout the term and are made on a monthly basis.

If overpayments are made on an ad hoc basis, this will reduce the standard monthly repayment not the projected loan term.
