Global View is an Internet Banking service that lets you view all of your eligible HSBC accounts that you hold around the world, with a single log on. Our Global Transfer service allows you to move money between your eligible HSBC accounts in Global View and receive preferential rates of exchange. This service is free for HSBC Premier customers.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for HSBC Premier you must maintain a minimum Relationship Balance of £60,000*, or currency equivalent, across all your HSBC Expat accounts and investments. Read more about our minimum balance requirements. HSBC Premier customers in another country automatically qualify for Premier with us. All customers must be aged 18 or over.

You could benefit from HSBC Premier with us if:

  • You need to make international payments or have accounts in different currencies
  • You live outside your home country
  • You move regularly between different countries
  • You're looking for a secure home for your money
  • You're thinking of retiring abroad

Do I need to be an expat?

No. Based in the offshore jurisdiction of Jersey (Channel Islands) we may be able to provide a secure home for your money if you live in a country that's politically or economically unstable.

Important

To enable us to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations and cross border marketing requirements, we reserve the right to review or screen new applications and in some cases this may lead to us declining certain applications. This minimum balance required to open an account may differ for a limited number of countries' nationals or residents. Please contact us if you require further information before applying.


*HSBC Premier is free of monthly charges, however, a £35 underfunding fee will apply for any given month where your Relationship Balance falls below the minimum.
