Who are red24™?

red24™ are a team of global security experts and world risk analysts that are available 24/7, giving independent travel advice and assistance to our customers.

Should you encounter any difficulties during your trip, for example, stolen passports, language difficulties, major travel disruptions, natural disasters or terror threats, their dedicated security specialists are contactable around the clock.

How red24™ can help:
  • they will make you aware of any specific risks that could affect you before you go on your trip by profiling you and your family
  • by signing up to their SMS or email alerts you will receive an alert warning if a major security event takes place (such as an airport strike, a planned protest, a natural disaster or a terror incident)
  • if you need security assistance and advice or an international rescue and response service, this is available free of charge to all HSBC Premier customers
