Online Banking has been given a fresh look, with enhanced features making it easier for you to manage your money.

What's new?

  • The main menu has been moved from the left hand side to the top of the screen, to help you quickly access all of our online banking services
  • You will be able to see all of your globally linked HSBC accounts in a panel on the left of the screen
  • We've simplified how you move money between accounts and set up payments
  • You can also move money between your same-currency HSBC Expat accounts in one simple step with Quick Move Money
  • We've also updated Mobile Banking so you can make international payments to new and existing payees

This new service is being introduced gradually, so your family and friends shouldn't worry if they don't yet have access.

New look, same log on

Your log on details and the way you log on will remain the same as before - making it easy for you to access the new online banking service.

Once the service has been fully introduced the look of your logon page will also be updated.
